Siapakah dia "Pengasas" Stevico ini?

Nama Dr Kobayashi sering digembar gemburkan di setiap laman web berkenaan Stevico. Tetapi yang hairannya Siapakah Dr Kobayashi? Kobayashi adalah nama yang umum di Jepun. Seumpama Osman di Malaysia. "Osman yang mana?" kalau orang kampung ditanya. Kobayashi yang mana, saya bertanya? Kobayashi Setsutaro kah, Kobayashi Akira kah, atau Koji kah? Atau mungkin Utada, tetapi siapa yang dapat pastikan?

Garapan umpama novel di kebanyakan situs pro-Stevico tidak mempunyai latarbelakang mahupun bukti yang jelas. Sesetengahnya memaparkan foto Dr Kobayashi (yang terlah meniggal dunia) tetapi gagal memberikan bukti konkrit terhadap kajian mahupun usaha kaji selidik beliau.

Simple Beginnings of Dr Kobayashi (1932 - 2007)

Inspired by his university education in France, the 27 years-old Kobayashi decided to recreate his traditions in his new adopted land. After purchasing a steam extractor, a relic from the past, Kobayashi harvested wild Berries and produced Pure Wild Berry Liquid Extract with extreme concentration of the color red and Berry Fragrances, now known as Wild Berry Anthocyanin.

He sold this Natural Berry Extract at local markets to finance his studies and future research, this All-Natural Product was quickly embraced by villagers and Kobayashi’s Stevico brand was born.
